Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Suttons Chullora (ABN 88 000 077 056) of Cnr Hume Highway & Waterloo Rd, Chullora NSW 2190 (the Promoter).
2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 years or over who hold an Australian bank account in their own name. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, its related body corporate, agencies, and suppliers directly associated with this promotion are ineligible. Proof of identity, age and residency may be required.
3. Promotion Period
   The promotion starts 12:00am (Sydney time) on Saturday, 21 March 2026 and ends 12:00pm (Sydney time) on Monday, 23 March 2026 (the Promotion Period).
4. How to Enter
   During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants must:
   a. Scan the QR code displayed at the Suttons Chullora stand at The EiD Show; and
   b. Complete and submit the entry form in full (including required contact details).
   Entry is free (standard data charges may apply). Strictly one (1) entry per person. Automated, duplicate or bulk entries may be invalid. Entries are deemed received when recorded by the Promoter’s database.
5. Prizes & Total Prize Pool
   - Major Prize: $5,000 AUD cash, paid by EFT to a verified Australian bank account in the winner’s name.
   - Minor Prizes: 5 × $250 AUD fuel cards (one per winner), subject to the card issuer’s terms and expiry.
   - Total prize pool: $6,250 AUD.
   Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. Winners may be required to provide valid photo ID and bank account details for prize fulfilment.
6. Draw Details
   A random draw will be conducted from all valid entries at Cnr Hume Highway & Waterloo Rd, Chullora NSW 2190 on Tuesday, 24 March 2026 at 12:00pm (Sydney time).
   - The first valid entry drawn will win the Major Prize; the next five valid entries drawn will each win a Minor Prize.
   - The Promoter may draw reserve entries to be used if a winner is invalid or a prize is unclaimed.
7. Winner Notification & Publication
   Winners will be notified by phone within 2 business days of the draw. The first name and suburb of winners will be published on the Promoter’s social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and website for at least 28 days.
8. Unclaimed Prizes
   If a prize is not accepted or claimed by 12:00pm (Sydney time) on Wednesday, 22 April 2026, the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw at Cnr Hume Highway & Waterloo Rd, Chullora NSW 2190 on Thursday, 23 April 2026 at 12:00pm (Sydney time) using the same method as the original draw. Any winner(s) in the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by phone within 2 business days, and details will be published as set out in clause 7.
9. Verification & Disqualification
   The Promoter may verify entries and entrants (including identity, age and residency) and may invalidate entries that are incomplete, incorrect, ineligible, or generated by scripts, macros or other automated means, or that otherwise tamper with the entry process or breach these Terms.
10. Privacy & Direct Marketing
    Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://www.suttonschullora.com.au/PrivacyPolicy. It will be used to manage the promotion, contact winners and to send marketing communications (which you can unsubscribe from at any time). The Promoter may disclose personal information to service providers assisting with this promotion and to authorities where required by law.
11. Liability
    Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to those non‑excludable rights, the Promoter is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, misdirected or corrupted entries; (b) technical issues beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; or (c) any tax implications arising from a prize. Entrants should seek independent financial or tax advice.
12. Variations & Substitutions
    If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (e.g., public health orders, venue changes), the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion or substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws.
13. General
    By entering, entrants agree to these Terms. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries become the property of the Promoter and will be managed in line with the Privacy Policy.
